Equipped with an insatiable curiosity and a deep respect for culinary traditions, she has fished for salmon in the rivers of Scotland, shaped wheels of cheese in the hills of Switzerland, baked bread in rural India, and foraged for truffles in the forests of Piedmont. Wherever she goes, Ruba seeks out farmers, producers, home cooks, and chefs, always aiming to understand the soul of a place through its food.
