OVERVIEW

This 6-night journey moves from Palermo into the Val di Noto, guided by a carefully considered itinerary that reveals the island through its food, its architecture, its landscapes, and the people who inhabit it.

 

In Palermo, days unfold in the city’s historic markets and interiors, including private apartments and collections made accessible through prior introduction, offering insight into the city’s layered cultural history. Further south, in the towns of the Val di Noto, the pace becomes more intimate with time spent in working studios, conversations with producers, artists and craftspeople, and meals that reflect the surrounding landscape.

 

Chef Roberto Marotta joins the group throughout the journey, lending a perspective rooted in his deep connection to Sicilian food and to the island itself.

PRICING

€7,500 per person (based on double occupancy)

Single supplement: €2,500

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place.

The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the journey.
