Breaking the Mold: A Neo-Chinese Narrative
Cin Cin welcomes Chef Eva Chin, one of Canada’s most exciting culinary voices, for an evening of inspired Chinese flavours and storytelling.
Named one of Toronto Life’s Most Influential People of 2025 and honoured with Foodism’s Rising Star Icon, Chef Eva is boldly reshaping perceptions of Chinese cuisine. She leads Yan Dining Room, recognized as one of Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants for 2025 and ranked #2 on Toronto Life’s Best New Restaurants list.
For this one-night experience, she will present a progressive, cocktail-style menu, showcasing the depth and beauty of traditional Chinese cuisine, shaped by a farm-to-table ethos and a boundary-pushing culinary approach. The evening includes a selection of wines and a short performance of traditional Chinese music.
Throughout the evening, Chef Eva will share the stories and inspirations behind each creation, offering an immersive insight into Chinese history, culture, and heritage.
